Welcome to the Course Selection process for the Spring 2024 semester.  This is your opportunity to meet with an advisor to discuss selecting your courses, searching for ones that will fit your major and university requirements, and reviewing courses that simply spark your interests.

Instructions:

Step 1- All first-year students beginning in Spring 2024 will work with professional advisors in the Advising Center.  Please email advising@zhuzhoubtb.com and we will arrange an in-person or Zoom appointment during which you will be advised and register for courses. 

Step 2- Once your appointment is made, start preparing.  Review the materials that are linked below so you may have a productive course selection appointment.

Useful tools:

First-Year Student First Semester Recommended Courses- This page will provide you guidance as to which courses first-year students should be looking to take during the first semester.

How to use Schedule Planner- This video will demonstrate how to search and register for courses using Student Schedule Planner.  Your advisor will also walk you through that process.

Understanding your Degree Audit- This video will provide a demonstration of your online transcript, DegreeWorks.  This will be a valuable tool to help you understand requirements, how courses are applied and what you have remaining to complete as you progress through your degree requirements.

Transfer Student Advising

For Transfer Students: Incoming transfer students will meet with their department chair in a one-on-one meeting, Zoom or in person.  During the meeting, you will review your transfer credit and your Degree Audit on myFramingham, choose fall courses and complete registration.
